Job Overview :
Diversified Inc. is seeking a motivated and detailoriented FedEx Division Lead to oversee daily operations within our FedEx delivery division. This position requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure timely deliveries employee supervision and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the FedEx delivery division ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Supervise and manage delivery drivers including scheduling performance evaluations and training.
Monitor and maintain compliance with FedEx operational standards and safety regulations.
Address and resolve delivery issues customer complaints and operational challenges in a timely manner.
Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure all equipment meets operational standards.
Coordinate with FedEx representatives to maintain seamless communication and compliance.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in business logistics or related field preferred.
Proven experience in logistics transportation or delivery management.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Valid driver s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
Schedule :
Fulltime position with weekends as necessary.
