POSITION:ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PAYROLL SUPPORT TEMP TO HIRE
Department: Accounting
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
Location: Bundy Office
Summary: Under the direction of the Accounting Manager provides administration support for two departments. Position is part time temp with the possibility of turning to a full time position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Assist Accounts Payable with:
- Compile, scan and organization of vendor invoices.
- Preliminary notices and releases
- Office supply orders
Assist Payroll Administrator with:
- Payroll Calendar Entry
- New hire set up
- Employee Filing.
Support the Accounting Manager as needed and/or directed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Punctual
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office system (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
- Ability to multi-task
Education/Experience/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum six months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Pass a E-Verify, drug screening, and background checks
- All assigned Proficiency Test
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
