Responsible for receiving and efficiently inputting badge applications, verifying documents, conducting audits of submitted papers, ensuring that the applicant's badge process is completed, and maintaining and updating badging access spreadsheets and lists. Also responsible for recertification, promptly responding to user requests, providing support to employees and staff with badge requests, verifying requests for badge access and assigning access levels as needed, troubleshooting security badge issues, running weekly badge access reports, and completing annual security recertification. In addition, various other administrative duties are also part of the role.
