About the Role:
Diversified Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
You will also be required to follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
