About the Job:
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Maintenance Professional - Floor Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming;
- Following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects;
- Cleaning, monitoring, and maintaining restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas;
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (janitorial, maintenance, etc.) preferred;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
