What You’ll Do
As the Insurance Restoration Operations Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and train a talented team to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Estimate Projects: Use Xactimate and other tools to create accurate and detailed project estimates.
- Drive Results: Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, insurance adjusters, and industry partners.
- Maintain Excellence: Oversee quality assurance, team accountability, and customer satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Be Hands-On: Visit job sites, monitor progress, and provide proactive solutions to challenges.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven leader who:
- Has at least 10 years of experience in insurance restoration estimating and construction.
- Is proficient with Xactimate and DASH software
- Demonstrates expertise in construction principles, materials, and techniques.
- Thrives on organization, attention to detail, and effective multitasking.
- Possesses excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
