Responsibilities and Duties

• Direct and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Estimate resources and coordinate with team members, customers, and third-party contractors.
• Effectively communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to all stakeholders.
• Proactively manage project changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in and manage a 24/7 on call rotation calendar

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years in a project management role, preferably in emergency restoration and reconstruction.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
• ASD, FSRT, OCT, or WRT IICRC certifications required.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software required.
• Dash Job tracking platform knowledge a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
