Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
- Estimate resources and coordinate with team members, customers, and third-party contractors.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to all stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and manage a 24/7 on call rotation calendar
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in a project management role, preferably in emergency restoration and reconstruction.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and OSHA/EPA regulations.
- ASD, FSRT, OCT, or WRT IICRC certifications required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software required.
- Dash Job tracking platform knowledge a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
