Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Specialist to join our team at Diversified Recruitment Services, LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Support Production: Troubleshoot and program existing and new plant automation equipment.
- Design and Implement New Controls: Program and design new and existing PLC controls, including programming of robots.
- Maintain Equipment: Work with production and process teams to optimize low cycle time issues and quality concerns through changes in programming or troubleshooting.
- Travel Support: Travel to sister plants as needed for support.
- Project Management: Maintain consistent schedules and timelines for projects and tasks for multiple plant projects.
- Training and Development: Help train plant techs and engineers on controls-related skills.
- Process Improvement: Work with plant teams to develop accurate quoting models and help plan preventative maintenance plans for equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: BSEE or BSME degree required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and robots.
- Technical Skills: Allen Bradley experience, Fanuc and ABB robot programming, ladder logic programming, PLC 5, SLC500, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, RIO, Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet.
