Job Description:
The Manufacturing Process Technician will play a critical role in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLCs and robots.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and control systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manufactured products meet quality standards, collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, as well as provide training to other team members on technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing process maintenance and repair.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and ABB robot programming, ladder logic programming, PLC 5, SLC500, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, RIO, Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet.
