If you are a Social Worker that has a desire to work with the Elderly and Disabled who wants a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm position, then we are the company for you.
Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking a Social Worker for the Care Manager position in our Valdosta office location. Social Worker Care Managers arrange and manage the care of the elderly and disabled clients in community settings. Our Care Managers provide No Hands-on Care.
This position requires:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or similar field
· Someone who is dedicated to quality work.
· Someone who is goal oriented and is an organized self-starter.
· Computer experience
· Experience in home health or with Medicaid waiver programs or similar work is required.
