Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Grow Commercial Sales divisions organically Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts Train new sales / estimators as needed Contribute to overall sales goals Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals Hold self accountable for sales goals Oversee project management of sales / estimators Execute company vision Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures Support and abide by the values of the company Other duties as assigned
