Diversified Safety Services LLC is a full-service occupational safety and health consulting firm located in the Baltimore-Washington-Virginia business corridor. With satellite offices along the eastern and mid-western United States, we work with clients nationwide to establish a viable safety culture within organizations of all sizes.
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Rosedale, MD location.
Daily Tasks:
- Manage emails, letter, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Invoicing for Site Inspections & Training services
- Monitoring calendar for site inspectors
- Create and update training logs
- Create training proposals
- Complete training cards
- Assist with sample safety manuals and documentation as needed
- Inventory, organizing & ordering of office supplies
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Update and monitor employee job ads
- Safety Report App- set up new clients
