Providing technical expertise to aspects of production, cost, quality, and compliance to safety for the tip steady flow and nozzle steady flow of fuel injectors
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Monitor tip flow equipment to ensure that they are running properly and correlated between each other.
Troubleshoot tip flow equipment.
Assist in recertification of master’s for tip / nozzle steady flow.
Project improvement for current processes.
Manage priorities across multiple projects.
Exposure to complex processes to manufacture and assemble fuel injectors
Development of both manufacturing processes and assembly processes and the interactions between one another
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 2-4 years’ experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
Excel, PowerPoint and Teams experience.
DESIRED SKILLS :
Assembly and test experience.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED :
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Team player and detail oriented.
Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual.
