Senior Project Manager (Generative AI)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with business partners to gather detailed requirements for the Generative AI projects.
• Evaluate the potential business value of different initiatives to help prioritize projects.
• Determine the key Capabilities of projects that align with our GenAi strategy and goals.
• Act as a liaison between the product management team and business partners to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Regularly prepare and present reports on project status, plans, and challenges.
• Assist the Generative AI Product Manager in strategic planning and setting product roadmap.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
• Keep track of project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and how they can be leveraged for our business.
• Help promote a better understanding of AI capabilities and limitations within the organization to foster realistic expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master’s degree in information management with 5-8 years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in product management or business analyst role.
• Strong understanding of AI, specifically Generative AI.
• Ability to understand and interpret the business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data analysis, and statistical methods.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in Generative AI development.
• 10 years’ professional experience.
• Experience in software engineering, analytics, and artificial Intelligence.
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager with ability to manage multiple projects.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
• Ability to assess the risks involved in different strategies and choose the best course of action.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on their impact and alignment with strategic goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
