Location : Plant City, Florida
Salary : $20 per hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Tampa / Lakeland, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and manage full cycle accounts payable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
