We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Production Shift Lead (English / Spanish) to oversee production operations. In this role, you will manage shift operations, train team members, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinates work assignments within the production shift, including training, technical support, and / or process / troubleshooting support.
Train and mentor machine technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
Implement and oversee SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform machine calibrations
Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, including Lockout / Tagout procedures
Address and resolve employee conflicts effectively
Assign labor based on labor standards, operator qualifications, and machine scheduling priorities.
Utilize knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Qualifications :
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) related to production supervising in the manufacturing industry.
Experience with robotics and mechanical / electrical certifications preferred
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
Proven record in training employees about safety and production
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Schedule : 12-hour shift (swing shift)
Pay rate : $29.50 - $30.50
