We seek talented, aggressive Business Development experts to increase company sales revenue by establishing new direct client relationships and maintaining and growing business within the existing clientele. The right candidate will sell clients contingent and direct-hire staffing solutions and develop business through outbound sales calls, meetings, client visits, etc.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager :

  • Interact and establish DIRECT client relationships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish
  • Generate new business through in-person meetings and presentations
  • Proven successful sales record in the Staffing Industry
  • Successfully develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts
  • Accurately maintain business contact and opportunity information in the CRM / ATS
  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue quota targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships and build new relationships and opportunities
  • Assist the proposal team by submitting RFI / RFQs to state and federal contracts
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • RESULTS DRIVEN!
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven, successful track record in sales and business development
  • Solid analytical communication and negotiating skills
  • Strengths MUST include : Team oriented, accountable, confident, strong sales knowledge
  • Able to manage various activities such as high-volume networking, research, and connections
  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and maintain organization
  • Ability to aggressively pursue and execute leads
  • Passion and desire to outperform and exceed given targets and quotas
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to fulfill client staffing needs
  • Consistently follow up on leads from recruiters, candidates, and job postings
