Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a LED Lighting Assembler / Solderer for one of our clients in the Katy area. The LED Lighting Assembler / Solderer is responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality LED lighting products. If you're skilled in precise soldering, dedicated to craftsmanship, and eager to contribute to innovative LED lighting solutions, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Soldering Expertise : Perform accurate soldering of electronic components such as LEDs, resistors, capacitors, and more onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for LED lighting products.
- Assembly & Precision : Follow detailed assembly instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams to ensure precise component placement.
- Quality Assurance : Inspect and test all soldered connections for integrity and quality, making adjustments or corrections as necessary.
- Tool Operation & Maintenance : Safely operate soldering tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineers and quality control teams to address and resolve any soldering-related challenges that arise during production.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and other production-related data.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and your colleagues.
