DSs is hiring for a warehouse associate in Desoto, TX!
Shift : 1st shift - 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm
Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour
Job Type : Temp to Perm
Job Summary : Diversified is currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our team in Desoto, TX. This position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to transition from a temporary to a permanent role. Our ideal candidate is dependable, able to perform heavy lifting, and experienced in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lifting, loading, and unloading goods
Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
Assembly of products and packaging for shipment
Shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Performing quality checks to ensure items meet company standards
Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals
Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications :
Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and reading skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Working Conditions :
Non-climate controlled environment
Standing and walking for long periods
