Job Title : Warehouse Associate and Material Handler
Location : Ocala, FL
Pay rate : $17 / hr
Schedule : M-F 7AM - 4PM

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate and Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate and Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and process incoming shipments and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [X] pounds).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
