What are the responsibilities and job description for the Winder Operator position at Diversified Sourcing Solutions?
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is Seeking to hire a Left-Hand Pipe Winder for one of our clients of 249/Antoine area.
*
ensure the use of the right tools, thread sleeves molds and raw material for production and follow his/her supervisor’s instruction;
*
coordinate with his/her supervisor to ensure the daily production schedule is met;
*
perform product extraction and mold assembly;
*
set-up machine for production orders, setting up the mold, and make sure the complete assembly is in good condition;
*
report to his/her supervisor for all unsolved problems; ensure pipes are made according to the given specs;
*
ensure product quality by operating machine under operation procedure;
*
check and record the daily production activity;
*
make sure the products are in compliance with quality standard;
*
organize and maintain tools, equipment in good orders and good conditions;
*
report errors related to machines, tools, equipment to the department manager.

COMPENSATION $16
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
