DSI is searching for an ETL Developer & Tester who will be part of the Data Warehouse team, the ETL Developer will be primarily responsible for activities related to the development of Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) data pipelines pertaining to Medicaid/Healthcare data domain that includes Provider, Member, Claim, Prior Authorization, and Reference data. This team member will also perform Data Validations to ensure accurate data loads and data migration. This team member will interact with internal teams, client teams, and will work with large data sets on the Databricks platform.

Responsibilities:
- Exposure to ETL development and associated tools, preferably on Databricks.
- Experience with writing SQL, JSON, Python, and YAML scripts.
- Experience with Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, and Data Validation.
- Experience in unit-testing data ingestion, loading, and transformation processes.
- Exposure with Data Governance, Data Modelling and Source to Target Mapping.
- Exposure with cloud-computing infrastructures (AWS).
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 2 years of experience with data warehousing and/or large and complex database management systems.
- Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling and database design skills.
- Experience using ETL tools and ETL development.
- Exposure to version control tools like GitHub.
- Experience with Data Analysis, Data driven decision making, and extracting insights from data.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to learn fast, investigate complex business problems, develop effective recommendations, present solutions, and resolve problems in a highly professional and tactful manner.
