DSI is searching for an Assistant Case Management resource who will have the responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities
Work Incoming Paper Mail for CO, WV, WY – scan to PC, log checks as applicable by Contract.
Work PC for CO, WV and WY.
Work WY Emails.
Work CO Secure email folder.
Maintain WY WES list for cases with personal property only.
Organize and attach WES documents when received from Acentra.
Work WES document weekly meetings with Acentra.
Work CO and WY Probate Lists to narrow down matches and enter event in Maestro.
Work CO death drop (list of all Medicaid recipients who pass away) to verify real property and enter in Maestro.
Make Phone Calls as needed to verify if a referral is a member.
Make return calls on CO Living TEFRA referrals as needed.
CO filing as needed.
Requirements
Any experience with reading legal documents or real estate documents is a plus.
Any Medicaid experience is a plus.
