DSI is searching for an experienced professional to serve as an Infrastructure Architect for the Ohio Benefits Program. At a minimum, the selected candidate must provide infrastructure architecture, application guidance and support to the Ohio Benefits Program. In addition, the selected candidate must analyze, monitor, and manage several technical components of the Ohio Benefits system, reviewing and providing input for technical design documents and assisting in providing responses to technical inquiries for State and federal audits. The selected candidate may have some degree of independent judgement within defined parameters but will not make program or policy decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze the infrastructure architecture and application issues for the Ohio Benefits technical architecture team and provide suggestions and changes for improvements and performance optimization.
Analyze Self-Service Reporting data, Ohio Benefits release interfaces, and ABMS performance, and provide suggestions and changes for improvements and performance optimization.
Work with the network and infrastructure teams for the installation of wireless routers and static IP setup for printers.
Maintenance of the Ohio Benefits instance of DUO VPN.
Participate in and respond to annual State and federal audits.
Resolve interface issues arising from releases/patches.
Manage file transfers to support environments such as testing.
Review and provide input on vendor technical design document deliverables.
Requirements
5 experience with Oracle Engineered systems (EXA DATA/EXA LOGIC).
5 years experience with the architecture of an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System created with rules and policies for SNAP, TANF and Medicaid Programs.
5 years experience working with API's, Informatica batch jobs and application performance optimization.
Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid eligibility policies and audit requirements.
5 years experience working with complex infrastructure (hardware and networks).
In-depth knowledge of complex multi-tier infrastructure, BI, reports and Java based application architecture. Statement of Work Infrastructure Architect for the Ohio Benefits Program.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate business strategies into actionable technical deliverables.
