Description
DSI is searching for an Organizational Change Management Consultant who will provide full OCM services on an Integrated Eligibility project (SNAP/TANF/RCA).
Responsibilities
Change Management Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
Conduct impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments.
Create communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about changes, including the rationale, implementation process, and impact on employees.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to help employees understand and adapt to changes.
Collaborate with human resources and training departments to support the design and delivery of training for change initiatives.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor and track the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as needed.
Develop and distribute timely and relevant communications regarding change initiatives.
Ensure that changes are integrated smoothly into overall project plans.
Support and Coaching
Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their roles as change management sponsors.
Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field, nice to have.
3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
Experience in health and human services projects, particularly those involving SNAP, TANF, and Refugee Cash Assistance 3, nice to have.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (Prosci/ADKAR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments.
Proficiency in developing and implementing change management plans, including communication and training plans.
Certified Change Practitioner (CCP) or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), great to have.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability and resilience in managing complex change initiatives.
