DSI is searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead a Care Case Management
workstream of projects.
Requirements
MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (for example: patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements, and experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing. I
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) are required for this position.
Must have experience managing application and data migration projects, specifically with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject
5 years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.
Blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills.
Communicate and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
Deliver clear, specific and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members and management.
Technology driven change management experience
Project Manager/Workstream Lead experience
15 Years Project Management experience in a Care Case Management-related environment.
PM experience working with Application and Data Migration projects, specifically.
Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements.
Experience with data elements related to EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing.
10 years of experience working within a PMO.
5 years of experience with Scrum, Waterfall, & SAFe methodologies.
5 years of experience negotiating and influencing.
5 years of experience working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success.
5 years of experience delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation communication design and execution, training plan design and facilitation etc.
Good understanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation in general.
Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach.
Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations.
Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.
Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery.
