Description:
DSI is searching for a Regulatory Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with the regulatory review, registration and tracking of new and existing product lines which may include Cosmetics/Personal Care, Home Fragrances, Consumer Goods, Accessories and Gift sets.
Responsibilities:
- Focusing on flawless execution and delivery of end-to-end compliance including label review, systems, process and data management.
- Responsible for support and coordination of documentation and related dossiers and/or submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Typically reports to Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist.
- Typically no direct reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fragrance, consumer products or other related field.
- Team-player, self-starter, has good interpersonal skills, is not afraid of asking questions.
- Detail oriented.
- The ability to take in and work with complex and technical information
- Proficient with MS Office - particularly Excel. Candidates should be proficient with vLookups, creating formulas, etc.
- Strong Data Analytical Skills
- Time Management skills.
- Curious.
