Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for various software applications tailored to different user levels, including beginners and advanced users.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Keep All training materials updated
- Conduct individual and group training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Assess the training needs of clients and team members to customize training content accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to trainees post-training.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on software features and functionalities.
- Gather feedback from User community to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Manage training schedules and logistics, ensuring all sessions are well organized and align with business goals.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages questions and participation.
