Network Specialist - Top Secret Clearance (TS / SCI)
DTSI is seeking a Network Specialist to provide Air Force Cyber System network support, sustainment, and integration services to military organizations, warfighters, and global IT customers. The project's Infrastructure Management Team will provide network monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for various networks in support of Joint Mission Operation Centers (JMOC) and cyber systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 identification, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems.
- Isolate and resolve problems involving applications, operating systems, or infrastructure.
- Interface with cyber operators and vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages, periods of reduced performance, or any combination thereof.
- Troubleshoots, configures, and maintains the integrity of network components along with implementing enhancements designed to improve reliability and performance.
- Supports the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards operating procedures. Participates in special projects as required.
- Integrates new technologies into new and existing legacy systems.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
