- ROLE WILL BEGIN IN-PERSON AND WILL TRANSITION TO REMOTE AFTER CANDIDATE SUCCESSFULLY PASSES TRAINING/ASSESSMENT (at least 4-6 weeks). Covid and flu vaccination reqs still apply.
***Shift Time: Day time, schedule will be within the hours of 7am-7:15pm. Role will start in person and then transition to remote based on performance.***

- CALL CENTER IN HEALTHCARE SETTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- EPIC experience
- Hospital/healthcare background required
- Two (2) years of Patient Service Representative work experience or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and online reporting); email browsers, insurance verification tools. Proficiency in admissions computer applications and associated software.
- Able to communicate financial and privileging issues with physicians.
Equipment: Full Setup will be provided by dept.
Unit Orientation: Orientation which is an intro to the dept will be conducted on day 1 of training.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
