IMMEDIATE OPENING – FULL TIME POSITION
• Senior Sales Engineer •
Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is an international leader in the design and manufacture of high-power electrical equipment. Our exceptional engineers and scientists collaborate to develop the world’s most powerful radar transmitters, pulsed power units, and advanced R&D for state-of-the-art applications in government, industry and research institutions.
DTI seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to advance its fast-growing, high-technology business. The focus of this role is to identify customers and markets for DTI’s technologies, and develop them into contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work in a growing, innovative, fast-paced technical organization based in Bedford, Massachusetts. This position will report to DTI’s Vice President of Marketing and collaborate with our marketing and
engineering professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and applications for new technologies developed at DTI
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for specific technologies and products
• Coordinate activities with Engineering, Production and Marketing groups
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development
• Lead customer outreach efforts. Represent DTI to customers, and at trade shows and at conferences
• Coordinate evaluation of RFPs / RFQs, and prepare and manage proposals
• Communicate DTI’s capabilities through technical papers and external presentations
• Occasional travel required, including international travel
Requirements:
• B.S. in Engineering or Physics with advanced management or business degree (e.g. MBA)
• US Federal Government / DoD acquisition or Program Management experience
• Strong interest in and aptitude for business outreach; superior interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to apply sophisticated analysis and judgment to complex marketing problems
• Five-years-plus business experience
• U.S. Citizenship mandatory
Compensation:
• Salary is commensurate with experience.
