What You'll Do:
- Client Care & Case Management:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions on topics like family dynamics, social skills, self-worth, and problem-solving.
- Ensure care, safety, social interaction, and security for youth within the program.
- Provide therapeutic intervention and appropriate discipline when necessary.
- Implement therapeutic, recreational, and educational activities for the youth.
- Collaborate with the team to create a dynamic program that supports overall wellness and development.
- Demonstrate a standard of conduct that provides effective role modeling for patient population and peer group
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain professional documentation such as progress notes, incident reports, medication logs, assessments, and other responsibilities delegated by the Program Supervisor and Program Director.
- Document and maintain client data via the EMR system.
- Collaboration & Training:
- Engage in professional development through on-site training
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Program Supervisor, Program Director, Director of Clinical Quality, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Engagement and Crisis Specialist to provide an atmosphere conducive to wellness.
What You Need:
- Education:
- For High School/Associate's level: A High School Diploma and prior experience working with at-risk youth.
- For Bachelor's level: A Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and experience, preferably with adolescents.
- Experience:
- For High School/Associate's level: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with youth. Sufficient previous counseling experience with at-risk youth. Comprehensive knowledge of DTAC functions, clinical philosophy, and awareness of the partial hospitalization standards according to the Department of Public Welfare regulations.
- For Bachelor's level: Sufficient previous counseling experience with at-risk youth, including internships or related experience in a therapeutic setting. Comprehensive knowledge of DTAC functions, clinical philosophy, and awareness of the partial hospitalization standards according to the Department of Public Welfare regulations.
- Clearances & Licensing:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to obtain Act 33, Criminal History, and FBI Act 73 clearances, along with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management training.

Pay Rates:
- High School/Associate's Level: $15 - $18 per hour
- Bachelor's Level: $20 - $23 per hour
