Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Audio-Visual Field Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and assisting with complex technical projects and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual systems, including experience with installation and system design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Audinate Dante Level 3 is also required.
You will travel extensively, representing field engineering on project kickoff calls and reviews, and communicating issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior field engineers and assist with complex technical projects.
- Travel to client sites (50% of the role) and assist the regional leader with personnel and equipment scheduling.
- Point of escalation for technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Represent field engineering on project kickoff and escalation calls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ~3-5 years experience as a Field Engineer.
- Able to communicate effectively with project teams and project managers.
- Maintain overall project implementation status and reporting.
- Able to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems.
