What part will you play?
This role will report to the VP of Finance Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting Operations team which handles Cash Management, AR and AP subledger and ledger processes, payroll and business certifications and compliance, and support of other tax and accounting activities. This role will also lead the transformation of the Finance Operations team including organizational, process, and system improvements and enhancements that will help drive efficiencies in order to meet business objectives and targets. This role will work closely with the leaders of the Accounts Payable, Contract Administration, Billing, and Credit & Collection teams, along with members of FO-Accounting Operations and other areas of Finance, Sales, PMO, and IT to bring alignment as process and system changes are made. This individual will collaborate with others to identify opportunities as well as assist with in-flight improvement initiatives.
This is a virtual role.What will you be doing?
Manage a team of 4-5 resources located in the US and India that handle the AR and AP accounting operations. This includes all areas of Cash Management, AR and AP subledger and GL reconciliation, Sales Tax and Use ledgers, Business Licenses, and Prevailing Wage Compliance. Other areas supported are Audits, Project Cost Transfers and Closures, and other journal entries and adjustments.Lead transformation initiatives for all areas of Finance Operations, including Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Contract Admin, Billing, and Credit & Collection, related to organizational structure, processes, and systems in coordination with the FO Leadership team.Support best practices in designing and utilizing SOPs, reporting, metrics, and targets for effective operations for all of Finance Operations.Optimize current tools and assist with enhancements to bring greater efficiencies to the E2E AR and AP processes.Assist with the build and roll-out of global standardized processes for AP and AR.What do we require from you?
Experience :
10 years leading finance operational teams and transformation initiativesExperienced in Change Management and large-scale corporate projectsKnowledge of various ERP's, systems, and Finance Operations best practicesSkilled in working with global teams and international entitiesAble to pivot according to business priorities and manage multiple responsibilities and initiatives concurrentlyStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.This position may require you to travel up to 10% of time.Preferred :

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
