What part will you play?
As a Sales Team Leader - Regional reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will drive sales growth within your assigned Workplace Business Unit (BU) regional market and account portfolio. Additionally, you will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Account Executives, fostering their development and success in achieving regional sales targets and client expectations.
Location: Must live in the Wood Dale, IL area.
What will you be doing?
Meet or exceed bookings and profitability targets within assigned territory and regional team performance
Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize business potential, aligning with Business Unit and Regional goals.
Secure new sales opportunities in target markets/portfolios, employing a consultative, solutions-based sales methodology.
Drive the entire sales cycle for Workplace and Hybrid Solutions opportunities, staying abreast of technological advancements and industry trends.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems with prospect and client information.
Prepare regular weekly forecast updates on opportunities, as well as regular pipeline tracking and analysis to sales leadership.
Address client inquiries and escalations affecting the sales cycle, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Establish a cohesive sales strategy and approach for the territory, providing local cross-organizational support to the sales team.
Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospect and client needs, guiding them in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor and track key performance indicators of Account Executives, providing feedback and support to help them achieve targets and goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales collateral and promotional materials within the territory.
Streamline administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
What do we require from you?
Technical Associate’s degree inclusive of industry sales experience or equivalent professional experience
7-10 years of sales experience
5 years working within AV, Workplace Solutions, and Hybrid Solutions Industry
2 years of sales team management experience preferred
Leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong customer focus and consultative selling skills
Proficiency in CRM/Sales support platforms such as MS Office, NetSuite, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
Business acumen, problem-solving skills, and high level of integrity
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to drive successful sales performance metrics both independently and as a team
Salary : $106,600 - $162,800
