As a key member of our operations team, you'll be at the forefront of managing essential operational activities, including processing investment documentation, providing crucial support to our front-line financial professionals, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our firm's processes. Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Processing: Handle the daily processing of investment documentation with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every step.
- Timely Execution: Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting deadlines associated with the collection, submission, and processing of investment documentation.
- Compliance Adherence: Manage both electronic and paper records of clients with strict adherence to all regulatory compliance and confidentiality requirements.
- Exceptional Client Support: Provide professional and timely responses to front office inquiries and concerns via email and phone, demonstrating a commitment to delivering superior service.
