What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Designer position at Diversis Capital LLC?
As a Senior Product Designer at Tempo Software, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product‘s user experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, user-centered designs for complex enterprise workflows. This role requires expertise in design systems, component libraries, data visualization, and UX operations to ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality designs that meet the needs of enterprise customers. A portfolio is required.
What you’ll do
- User-Centered Design : Develop a deep understanding of our users, their workflows, and their challenges, applying this knowledge to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences.
- Design Systems & Component Libraries : Lead efforts to enhance and expand our design system and component library, ensuring design consistency, scalability, and reusability across our product suite.
- Data Visualization : Design data-rich interfaces and visualizations that help users gain insights, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Designers to define and execute on product goals. Ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- UX Operations : Help define and refine UX processes, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency and collaboration across the UX team. Champion best practices and UX standards to streamline workflows.
- Prototyping and Testing : Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Mentorship and Thought Leadership : Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative, user-centered design culture at Tempo.
