Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Technical Program Manager is to utilize technical knowledge and project management skills to drive project success and efficient sprint planning within the organization.
Essential Duties
- Leads and manages technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and staying on budget.
- Collaborates with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize, and organize sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure overall project success.
- Fosters a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provides technical insights and support throughout the project planning and execution phases.
- Evaluates project processes consistently and implements improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensures that all project documentation remains accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for both team members and stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
