Summary and Primary Responsibilities :
The Director of Business Systems is responsible for planning and managing the Infor LN business application systems environment, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of ERP systems and their associated subsystems. The Director will collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization to ensure that system solutions meet business requirements and that the technical, organizational, and administrative processes supporting them are efficient, cost-effective, and reliable.
- Successfully deploy software within the designated schedule and budget, minimizing disruption to customers. Plan, implement, and oversee the entire ERP project.
- Re-engineer existing business functions and processes to optimize daily operations.
- Plan and execute the implementation and change management processes.
- Lead all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, from initial concept to final execution.
- Manage user training and communication related to the systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison, communicating with senior leadership, business partners, and involved sites regarding the status of the deployment process.
- Evaluate and implement improved procedures, including order check controls, to protect company assets.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
