Production Team Member Night Shift
Location: Blue Springs, MS
Hours: Mon- Fri 6:30 PM- 5:15 AM mandatory overtime; may have to work every other Friday night
About This Position:
We are looking for a strong team player with order picking and light subassembly experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. This position requires a fair amount of bending, twisting, lifting, carrying, and reaching to complete daily tasks, standing, and walking for most of the day, and repetitive movements. The job itself is picking, sorting, and prepping a variety of raw auto parts to get them ready for the assembly line. Please note you need to be able to pick up, push, and pull repetitively up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure Safety & Quality Rules are always followed.
- Ensure the work area is free and clean from debris.
- Properly package and handle parts as prescribed
- Perform the required color/quality visual inspections.
- Accurately record scrap and place the scrap in the proper location.
- Understanding of the product, knowing the function of the product, and any potential product defects that can adversely affect the function, application, or overall quality of the product.
- Keep accurate documentation during the production run.
- Inspect parts during the production run.
- Always keep the workstation clean and tidy by utilizing 5S procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and write.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be dependable with Excellent Attendance.
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to comprehend work instructions and information furnished in written, oral or diagram.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Experience in Order Picking a plus
