Job Title: Associate Manager, Media Operations

The ideal candidate for this role will serve as a critical member of the internal media team, leading operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and collaboration. They will define and optimize systems, processes, and tools to build an efficient and transparent media operating model.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven, resilient, and creative individual with a strong understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple priorities from different parts of the business, motivating partner teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage media budget tracking and reporting
- Define and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners
- Work closely with agency partners to streamline processes and ways of working
- Lead financial management, billing, tracking, and reporting
- Project management and standardization of deliverables
- Collaborate with client Media and cross-functional teams to define, implement, and improve connections, consistency, efficiency
- Support process and tools to unify Core Media and client Media reports and results
- Manage and/or support media campaigns as needed
Requirements for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field
- 3 years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand
- 3 years of experience in integrated media planning and buying
- Deep understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes
- Able to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business
- Experience motivating partner teams, internal and external, towards shared goals
- Must have experience working in matrixed organization settings
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
