Title: Auto Mechanic/ Auto Technician (CDL)

Description
- Looking for someone to drive every day other than moving trucks around the lot.
- Light mechanical will be every day of some sort, changing a light bulb, jump-starting a truck, adding oil or DEF or Fuel.
- Once in a while change batteries or mudflaps.
- 30-40% each day will be paper/computer work-keeping up on the inventory, moving inventory in the computer, checking out trucks for salesmen and or a transport company.
- Some computer skills are required.
- We are not normally or have need to pull a trailer, so we can get by with a Class B.
- We do however have manual Transmission trucks.
- The majority are auto, but we still get some with manuals, wouldn’t rule out immediately someone that only had an Automatic CDL as long as they could drive and operate a manual transmission around the lot, but prefer a CDL holder that can operate both on the highway.
- Someone organized and detailed to follow through with the paperwork
- Someone who can follow directions and do more than 1 thing at a time
- Someone willing to work outdoors except in extreme weather conditions
- Someone who can or has driven semi-tractors and prefers that they have a CDL
- Someone with some mechanical ability
- Basic Computer Skills (Emails, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and be able to take pictures and upload them)
- Janitorial Duties- hauling trash to the dumpster, maintaining back 4 bays
- Receiving and checking in trucks and shipping trucks.
- Responsible to complete paperwork and turn it in as required
- Shuttling trucks to and from vendors/customers mostly within 5 miles occasionally a little further out.
- Keeping trucks organized on lot and inventory, starting, jump-starting, test driving and making sure trucks are ready to sell.
- Light Mechanical, depending on abilities, could include changing Mud flaps and brackets, changing batteries, light bulbs, other easy fixes and could work up to Oil changes or more if has the ability.
- Learn to operate EZ-tech for health reports, road speeds, and light diagnostic
