Description
As a CAD Technician at DivIHN, you will play a critical role in the development of integrated systems for computer-aided design. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing drawings or schematics for mechanical equipment and structures, utilizing CAD digitizing techniques and skills to make engineering computations and prepare specifications.
The ideal candidate will possess considerable technical and content knowledge of the job, as well as practical applications experience. You should be able to solve complex problems independently, examining pertinent facts and evidence to determine solutions.
In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating other activities beyond routine tasks, recommending process improvements, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance.
The following qualifications are required:
- AAS degree in Drafting/Design or Mechanical Technician
- 7 years of experience with CAD software (Solid Works, EPDM, MS Office)
