We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Technician to join our team in the CSM Ion Exchange (IOX) labs. The successful candidate will have experience working in a development lab/process area and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track expenses and identify system improvements
• Participate in developing strategies for a growing technology
• Manage use of chemicals in the labs, qualify new chemicals, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Assist in troubleshooting material, process, and equipment issues
• Provide daily direction and communications to union process technicians
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Technical field
• Microsoft proficiency
• Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
