- The role will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining existing interfaces and resolving issues as they arise.

- This role is instrumental in facilitating business involvement, decision making, and coordination of business resources to deliver and implement high quality projects and prepare business area for changes impacting their areas.

- information or process needs and carrying that message back to a more technically oriented IT staff.
Job Duties :
List the significant / essential duties, tasks or responsibilities which employees in this position are required to perform.Facilitates meetings with the business to elicit, analyze and document detailed business requirementsMakes appropriate recommendations for continuing, modifying, or abandoning proposed projects based on the results of feasibility studies and / or cost / benefit analysesMaps current processes to the desired state and identifies gaps such as program functions, output requirements, input requirements and sources, data conversion strategies, and system techniques and controls ? Performs business process analysis to define configuration requirementsBalances needs and acts as liaison between the business and the technology areas Develops business process flows and data models for new system development or for process redesign ? Provides solid test designs, develops test cases and reviews / approves the execution of those test casesCoordinates all Validation activities for applications requiring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.This includes creating Validation Plans, Validation Test cases, executing Test cases and creating Validation Final and Summary reports.Contributes to end-user training as neededProvides support to existing applications and resolves business and technical problemsPerforms technical system activities as neededKeeps informed of trends and new developments in technology to better advise management of means to accomplish business and information systems goalsCommunicates effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of information systemsSupport all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements ? Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.This position works out of the Minneapolis, MN location in the Medical Devices Digital Solutionsorganization.The EHR Contract Interoperability Support Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, EHR ConnectivityOperations.This critical role will be the primary point of contact for the implementation and support ofintegrations between Client's platforms and our customers clinical systems. The rolewill be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and maintaining existing interfaces and resolving issuesas they arise.This role will be expected to provide expert guidance in interfacing and messagingrequirements and standards.The role will be working with internal cross functional technical andcommercial teams as well as our customers IT and clinical team members.WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Support and implement integrations between customer systems and Client.platforms leveraging a variety of interoperability standards and communication protocols.Be the technical support point person for integration projects between Client.platforms and customer systems.Acts as primary interface subject matter expert for clients and vendors within implementation projectsWork closely with customers IT and clinical team members as needed.Provide technical expertise with internal and external users regarding healthcare data andcorresponding integrations.Provide production support.Troubleshoot interface issues in coordination with internal and external teams.Collaborate with cross functional internal technical and commercial teams.Ensure high customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer engagements are executed on time with high quality.Create and maintain technical documentation library for both external and internal teams.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING :
Required :
BA / BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred
Demonstratable understanding of various healthcare data standards and frameworks such as HL7
v2, CCDA, FHIR, IHE profiles, SMART on FHIR, etc.
Deep experience with Integration Engine services such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, InterSystems,
Corepoint, etc.
Minimum of five years in a healthcare integration analyst or engineer role.
Working knowledge of various communication protocols such as TCP / IP, (S)FTP, HTTP(s), etc.
Strong background with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts, etc.
Understanding of clinical libraries such as SNOMED, LOINC, ICD, RxNorm, etc.
Strong interpersonal, written, presentation, communication and technical skills.
Problem solving of highly complex issues, which requires critical assessment of potential impact on
multiple interested parties. The candidate must be proactive in issue identification, analysis, course
correction and resolution.
Ability to distill complex information into concise, impactful communications to both internal and
external customers / stakeholders, often in a matrixed environment.
Preferred :
HL7 Certification (v2, CCDA and / or FHIR)
Integration Engine certification
EHR Integration Certifications such as Epic Bridges or Cerner FSI
Experience with Linux based operating systems such as RedHat
Understanding of networking principles
