Title : Invoicing or Billing Coordinator
Location : San Antonio TX
Duration : 3 Months
Hours : MondayFriday 5 : 30am 4pm
Position runs through May 9th 2025 (covering a leave)
Description :
- This role is mostly in an office environment with some time on the floor for project walkthroughs etc.
- Invoicing and coordination for services and projects managed by the maintenance team.
- Requisition and Purchase Order entering / tracking for all projects including capital.
- Candidate needs strong organizational skills and a good communicator.
- Experience with microsoft suite (excel word teams etc).
