The Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations (contractor)is responsible for supporting project management and operations of the Marketing Transformation team. This position can be remote or hybrid
- Own and manage high-impact, transformational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and demonstrating deep understanding of the projects involved.
- Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support the development of presentation materials to share with the Marketing Leadership team and the broader Marketing organization.
- Track progress status of key initiatives belonging to the Marketing Leadership team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Marketing Transformation team.
- Support effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to the Marketing Leadership team.
