Top Skills
- BA required (Finance or Business related preferred)
- 2 years payroll experience
- Experience with multistate tax regulations
- Process weekly time and attendance
- Review and maintain employee tax data fields in the payroll system
- Balance and reconcile quarter and year end payroll tax filings including W2’s
- Provide analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance
- Assist with interpretation of legislative impacts
- Review, track, and research agency correspondence
- Support other payroll processes as necessary
- 2 plus years relevant payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with multistate payroll and tax regulations strongly preferred
- 4 year degree required. Business/finance related field preferred.
