Essential Requirements:
3 years' experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations; manufacturing preferred.
3 years' experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
Knowledge of Attendance Tracking and its complexity
Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
The ability to interact and collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams in a positive manner that generates confidence and trust.
Workday Time Tracking & Absence certification preferred qualification for the role
Bilingual helpful but not necessary
