Project Overview
The Mechanical Technician II role is part of our Engineering Project, focusing on capacity additions and associated line installations and debugs from a mechanical perspective. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of mechanical support for multi-line equipment installations.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design and implementation of mechanical solutions and process changes to improve manufacturing equipment capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to equipment installation and debugging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Contribute to the development and execution of project plans to deliver timely error-free mechanical support for multi-line equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements
• Associate's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in new equipment installations in manufacturing environment. Start-up experiences a plus.
• Experience with new equipment installations and project expansions.
• Experience in fast-paced changing environment with multiple priorities.
